District reports rising enrollment; aims to reach 50,000 students

Officials said they will continue on-site registration, expanded hours through 7 p.m. and targeted outreach to reach the district goal of 50,000 students before the school year opens.
The board discussed how that data will be shared with families and asked staff to ensure enrollment and health information (such as vaccination clinic availability) is disseminated across channels including the parent portal, web notices and direct outreach at open houses.
