Trustees asked detailed site and circulation questions including ADA stall configuration, potential additional parking for adjacent restaurants, queuing throughput, and whether a walk‑in lobby (like Buffalo Grove) was feasible. Engineers said the site is tight for an enclosed walk‑in facility but will include a walk‑up window; civil staff will refine landscaping, ADA striping and look at whether additional parking could be added on the south edge. Director Jennings recommended consolidating preliminary engineering with Planning & Zoning review; the board gave general consensus to advance the application to those formal reviews.
