Chair Thomas Corey read board requirements to the applicant, including a prohibition on roosters and a mandatory rodent‑extermination contract. "You must have an in place rodent extermination contract," the chair said. The board set the maximum at eight hens and approved the application by motion and roll call.
Staff told the board they would follow up on the required extermination contract and that the applicant should not exceed the approved total of eight hens. The board wished Perez luck and closed the item.
