Council discussed the DIFA loan terms (30-year repayment at under 3% interest was described as the administration's working assumption) and asked for follow-up documentation on loan terms and amortization schedules.
Committee members said this was likely the final change order on the project, and staff confirmed that the contract required return visits by the contractor in spring to perform restoration work on tree lawns and landscaping. Council approved the authorization to proceed and to advertise remaining bid items for related projects.
