The board approved several routine administrative items by voice vote. Supervisors voted to accept the June 2026 departmental reports and appointed Emily Niscala as assistant zoning officer so she may sign zoning permits in the zoning officer's absence. "Congratulations," the Chair said after the vote.
The board also authorized public works to advertise and bid designated vehicles for disposal as outlined in a memo from Bill Bradford dated 07/14/2026 in order to recover value per the 2026 budget. Those motions passed by recorded 'Aye' votes without recorded resident objection. Staff will implement the disposals in accordance with procurement rules.
