Council highlights: National Night Out, museum events and local meetings

Council members also reported attending a Sierra Express bicycle-club presentation and noted that the League of California Cities formed a small-and-rural cities group that will focus on challenges for communities like Grass Valley.
Council members asked residents to attend community events and use them as opportunities to meet first responders and discuss local issues; no formal council action was taken on the announcements.
