Finance staff highlighted items in the packet: an allocation to the arts commission, a 9-1-1 public service agreement payment, a community sponsorship distribution, an Exxon Enterprises payment of approximately $28,000 for tasers, and Motorola body-camera items. The sheriff's department also received an approximately $10,000 grant toward body-camera costs.
Magistrates asked about a waste-tire grant line item tied to roadside tire removal; finance staff confirmed the grant is an annual program used for picking up tires. The court moved and approved payment of the bills by voice vote.
