A resident complaint submitted via SeeClickFix prompted staff to recommend painting the south curb yellow for 40 feet and installing a "No Parking Here to Corner" sign on the 1900 block of 167th Street to improve sightlines near the sportsplex. Public works staff said residents in the adjacent apartment complex were having difficulty seeing eastbound vehicles; the board approved the curb painting, sign installation and forwarded the item to public works for implementation.
Separately, Public Works Director Felix Gonzalez requested residential parking signs on Huron from 167th Street South to the alley; the board supported and approved the request. Committee member moved and the motion passed by voice vote.
