Szippl and Chair Cynthia Murnyack‑Czarnecki said they will gather comments from other members before filing the formal application for 2026 and discussed sending a brief update to freelance writer Julie Short at West Life News to raise community awareness. The Commission did not take a formal vote on the submission timeline at the meeting.
