Council Member McManamon then moved to change the council meeting start time to 7:00 p.m. beginning in January 2026 and continuing through March; Mr. Albaugh seconded and the motion passed by unanimous roll call. The changes were recorded in the minutes as approved; no public comment or opposition was recorded on either action.
