The Englewood Administrative Board for Planning and Zoning Appeals approved the minutes of its April 2026 meeting following a motion from Brent Fisher and a second from Jeffrey Bankston. The recorded vote on the minutes was: Andrew Gough, yea; Jeffrey Bankston, yea; Brent Fisher, yea; Karen Strider‑liames, yea; Frances Clark, abstain. The motion carried.
Later in the same meeting the Board also approved Conditional Use Application 26-03 (7437 Salem Ave) by motion of Andrew Gough, seconded by Brent Fisher; that motion passed by recorded vote. The meeting opened at 5:30 P.M. and was adjourned at 5:46 P.M.
