Council clears zone change to expand mobile home park at Memorial Drive

One resident asked whether a fence would be installed along Memorial Drive; Levesque said the Planning Department would set any applicable requirements. The committee approved the zone change after discussion; the applicant said units could be ready by late fall if the project proceeds.
