Burcewicz highlighted inclusive programming, noting the Challenger League served 41 athletes last year and that each athlete is paired with a volunteer. He also said the League employs nearly 80 youth umpires (ages 13–18) and that sponsorships have increased (about 30 sponsors in 2026). The League credited strong community partnership and responsible financial management with keeping registration fees stable.
