County staff report 2nd‑floor courthouse remodel plan; master plan received Jan. 12

Director of Operations Matt Payette told the Administrative Services Committee that the special needs assessment and master plan for the second‑floor courthouse remodel were received on Jan. 12, 2026, and must be reviewed before a final concept is prepared.
Payette said the final concept will include cost estimates covering all Health & Human Services divisions. The minutes note that the Finance Director, Mike Stoegbauer, will create a funding plan and that further information will be provided to the Committee as it becomes available.
