Council approves temporary liquor license for Pinns; owner cites rebuilding after incident

Council members debated options including waiving an immediate payment requirement and offering a payment plan; a motion to approve the temporary license (with payment flexibility discussed) carried by voice vote.
Staff said members of the public can pay the outstanding bill on McCoy's behalf and offered to accept payments after the meeting. The council recorded the motion as approved and the temporary license will allow Pinns to operate during the specified Quarry Days events.
