Administrators described staffing and program design: roughly a dozen staff members supported grade-band small-group instruction and interventions, with separate learning tracks for K–2, 3–5 and secondary students. "For the grant, we received $82,000," the superintendent said, adding the state requires measurable growth in literacy skills as part of the grant terms. The board praised the quick setup and discussed transportation logistics and family engagement events embedded in the program schedule.
