Brad Anderson, project engineer for GEI Consultants, introduced himself and explained Change Order #3 for Project #2: it removes rehabilitation work and new pump installation at Well #6 and adds rehabilitation work at Well #5, including a line shaft and pump column. Anderson answered questions from the city manager and council members during the item.
Council Member Angela Olson moved to approve the change order; Michael Flaminio seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. No dissent or amendments were recorded in the minutes.
The change order reallocates scope among the city's well-rehabilitation tasks; the council approved it to allow the contractor and project engineer to proceed under the revised scope and schedule.
