Planner: "The site is 5.06 acres in size... the requests for the future land use and zoning change are both consistent with the former county industrial designations that were on this property." Commissioner (mover) made the motion and the mayor (second) supported it; the clerk recorded that the motion "passed." The ordinances change the future land use and zoning maps to permit continued industrial use at that location.
