The consent agenda — approved 6-0 after a motion by Councilmember Nicole Roberts and a second from Councilmember Nicholas Martinez — included renewals for Rocky Ford Food Market (800 Chestnut Avenue), Jodi's Grill, LLC (209 N. 2nd Street) and 10th Hole Bar & Grill (405 Elm Avenue). The agenda also recorded approval for VFW Post 336’s fermented malt beverage permit for its 2nd Annual Veterans Outreach Event at the Arkansas Valley Fairgrounds on July 11, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
City staff noted the VFW event appears on the consent agenda and will proceed with the standard permitting conditions. The council’s recorded vote on the consent agenda was YES: Barron, Pentlicki, Mullins, Mosby, Roberts, Martinez; the motion carried 6-0.
The council also approved the meeting agenda without change earlier in the session by the same 6-0 margin. No council member spoke in opposition to any consent item during the roll call and vote, and no public testimony was offered against the liquor-license renewals during the meeting.
