Commission moves to boost WellStarME participation after pilot survey

The Office of Employee Health, Wellness, and Workers' Compensation reported that a survey to understand what drives completion of the WellStarME Health Premium Credit Program (HPCP) was tested at Employee Recognition Day and received more than 100 responses. Staff developed a flyer with a QR code and asked Wellness Ambassadors and Commission Wellness Committee members to assist in sharing the survey with the larger member population.
Commission materials also reviewed communications metrics for recent campaigns, noting open rates and click rates for several September 2025 mailings. The Wellness Committee is considering strategies to increase participation and is evaluating expanding the Bumper Crop program to include retirees; Nathan Morse said Wellness Wallet enrollment is underway.
