Later, at 11:27 a.m., Labor Member Lois Baxter moved to enter executive session (seconded by Rebekah Koroski); the executive session ended at 11:52 a.m., and the meeting adjourned at 11:56 a.m. on a motion by Baxter, seconded by Nathaniel Zmek and Cecile Champagne-Thompson. The Office of Employee Health, Wellness, and Workers' Compensation and multiple vendors (Anthem, Aetna, Delta Dental, Carrum Health, Lockton, Health Purchasers Alliance) provided written reports and oral summaries.
