The president conducted roll call during which trustees Nancy Humphrey, Tara Lance, Sam Johnson, Michael Cook, Alisa Klein and Kathryn Goodwin were recorded as present; Tyrer noted that a quorum was present. Tyrer also introduced the district staff at the dais and identified Dr. Therese Williams as the superintendent in attendance. The board then proceeded to the public-comment portion of the agenda.
