Assistant Attorney General Katie Warwick directed the board to revisit consent agreement 2024-ALC-2007. After discussion, Vice Chair Darlene Panzino moved and Laurence Gross seconded a motion to "deny the reconsideration of the consent agreement and set the matter for hearing." The motion carried with three votes in favor and one abstention (Lisa Williams).
The minutes note that the licensee had a separate complaint with the Board of Counseling that was dismissed for lack of a violation; the Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselors chose to proceed to hearing rather than grant reconsideration. The hearing will follow the boards normal procedures for contested matters as reflected in the minutes.
