Oster said the department moved roughly $10,000 from an equipment line and $6,000 from an automotive line into audiovisual lines to address the broken screens and noted the video‑wall monitors are in continuous use and "last approximately two (2) to three (3) years because they are turned on 24 hours 7 days a week." Legislator Montgomery asked about replacement frequency and quantity; Oster said the wall consists of six monitors plus other displays across the center.
