Commission approves minutes, authorizes executive session and cancels December meeting

The commission approved the Oct. 16, 2025 meeting minutes on a motion by Labor Member Rebekah Koroski, seconded by Labor Member Joan Hanscom; Management Member Lynn Clark recorded an abstention. Management Member Olivia Alford moved to enter executive session (seconded by Lynn Clark); the commission entered executive session at 9:35 a.m. and returned at 9:52 a.m. The meeting adjourned at 9:55 a.m. on a motion by Olivia Alford, seconded by Lynn Clark.
Under other business staff said the confidentiality agreement that will provide SEHC members access to documents, contracts and Protected Health Information will be combined and made available in January. Staff also announced that the December State Employee Health Commission meeting is cancelled.
