The Solon Springs Board of Review met on July 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Solon Springs Community Center. Village President Ben Evans presided; board members Todd Gilbert, Carl Wahl, Chris Morgan and Melissa Johnson were present. Village assessor Colin Payton and Clerk Kathy Burger also attended.
During the meeting the Board recorded completion of required training for 2026 by Todd Gilbert and the municipal clerk and received the Assessor’s Office annual assessment report. The board considered procedural items including requests to testify by telephone, sworn written statements and subpoenas but took no action. With no objections filed or hearings scheduled, the board adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
