Watters-Moffitt outlined personnel changes in Human Services: JoBeth Gonzalez transferred to Behavioral Health and Community Programs Manager; Hayley Weyers accepted the Family Services Manager position leaving the Children with Disabilities Program Supervisor position open; Brittany Anderson and Melissa Berthiaume were promoted to Social Worker III; and one Family Services opening remains.
The committee discussed new ADAC candidate Jacqueline Rae Ledin and Watters-Moffitt provided background on Ledin’s volunteer work at the St. Louis School congregate meal site and prior Head Start career. "Discussion of new ADAC candidate was tabled until the next committee meeting on August 25, 2026, due to the lack of quorum," the minutes say. The December 9, 2025 and February 24, 2026 meeting minutes were similarly tabled for approval until the August 25 meeting.
