Board preliminarily denies several applications for missing conviction-history documents

At its June 4 meeting, the Maine Board of Pharmacy preliminarily denied several individual license applications for failure to provide complete conviction-history documentation. The board recorded a motion to preliminarily deny the initial application of Nicole Fickett (PT60020620); the motion was moved by Timothy McCormack and seconded by Samantha Emmons and carried unanimously. Later, the board preliminarily denied Dion Jones (PT60020623) and the renewal application for Keziah Hartzell (PT60018131) on the same basis.

Board minutes show the denials were procedural—based on missing documentation rather than adjudication on the merits. Applicants denied preliminarily were told they failed to provide all requested documents regarding conviction history; the minutes record the board’s motions and unanimous votes in favor of preliminary denial where noted.
