The Planning Commission approved the 2025 Planning Commission Annual Report and forwarded recommended reappointments to the Mayor for several commissioners.
Jason Payne presented the administrative items. Commissioners approved the annual report after a motion by Rossmaessler and second by Steffey. The Commission also voted to recommend reappointments: Stickel to his first term and Anderson, Steffey, Senyko and Rossmaessler to second terms. The motions passed without recorded opposition.
These administrative actions were taken after the hearing and tabling decisions on the site-specific items; they do not affect the pending resubmittal requirements for the Picasso Landscaping applications.
