Council adopts ordinance waiving remaining CHIP mortgage for Joyce Fithen

Mayor Jerry Barilla stated the third and final reading had been heard and invited public comment; no public comment was recorded. Mr. Hernon called the question and the ordinance passed on roll call with all ayes. The ordinance will go into effect on Nov. 27, 2025, as announced at the meeting.
