Madison County Fiscal Court holds first readings for three zoning changes on Lexington, Duncannon and Lancaster roads

The judge told the court that draft copies of the ordinances would be available on the county website under the Government > Transparency > Public Notices section. He reminded members that, because these were first readings, formal action would occur at the second reading scheduled for the next fiscal-court meeting. Several magistrates and members of the public raised questions and were encouraged to review the planning commission record and video to hear the applicant presentations and public testimony.
