After convening an executive session under 25 O.S. §307 to discuss real property, employment and pending litigation matters, the Board returned to open session and approved motions implementing select executive-session items. Regents moved to allow East Central University to purchase two parcels discussed in executive session for no more than their appraised values and authorized the University of Central Oklahoma to purchase a parcel at an appraised value not to exceed $1.3 million.
All motions implementing the executive-session matters were moved, seconded and approved unanimously. The Board recorded the vote to enter executive session under 25 O.S. §307(B)(3) and related subsections; the written minutes list the executive-session agenda items including employment matters for campus counsel and multiple pending litigation and complaint dockets.
