The Board of Regents accepted the RUSO administrative office external audit conducted by Forvis Mazars following a report from the Audit & Finance Committee. Regent Susan Winchester moved the acceptance; the motion carried unanimously.
Regents also accepted transitional audit reports prepared by Crawford & Associates concerning former Southeastern Oklahoma State University administrators (including Thomas Newsom, Dennis Westman and Liz McCraw) and approved retaining Crawford & Associates to perform transitional audits for former President Diana Lovell and former Provost Joel Kendall at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Motions were moved by Regent Winchester and seconded by Regent Ford and recorded as unanimously approved.
