During audience participation, resident Donald Bembo described driveway and wiring work and said a building inspector told him an electrical permit was required. Bembo asked Councilmember Bob Boehner to provide the name of the neighbor who complained; "Mr. Boehner refused," the minutes state, and Bembo said he asked Law Director Dave Stevenson whether that refusal was lawful.
The minutes do not record any further response or a legal determination. Bembo identified himself as a 47-year resident of Siebenthaler Avenue and thanked Debbie Gertz for resolving an earlier water-bill issue. The council did not record any action in response to the complaint in these minutes.
