During the July 27 meeting the council approved the consent agenda by unanimous consent. The consent items read into the record included: renewal of the agreement with Volunteers of America Western Washington to facilitate the hotel voucher program as a subcontractor to the Snohomish County grant agreement; final contract acceptance for the 204th Street Southwest and College Place Improvements construction contract (pending state and federal agency approvals and release of any retainage); final contract acceptance for the PRV Number 2 vault improvements project (also subject to agency approvals); and authorization for the mayor to execute a contract supplement with OTAC, Inc. for design and construction engineering services for the 44th Avenue West Underpass Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvements Project, not to exceed $1,879,139.
Council Member Wright read the consent agenda items aloud and the mayor announced the consent agenda was approved as read. The items were recorded for future action and any release of retainage remains subject to appropriate agency sign‑off.
