Board asks for dashboard showing vacant properties, inspections and incidents

Board Member Griffin asked for a dashboard showing the number of vacant properties, inspection frequency, vandalism or security incidents, arrests if any, and a monthly tally of completed projects so the board can track schedule and budget performance. She also asked for visibility into change orders and other items that affect budgets and timelines.
Superintendent Dr. Fatima Fulmore said the district can commit to providing more frequent internal reporting with the information that is readily available and will add a dashboard design request to the development queue, noting that full dashboard development requires staffing and design capacity.
Facilities staff said they will supply the requested operational data on a more frequent basis while the district considers longer-term dashboard work.
