- Ordinance 20-23: Annexation of approximately 1.36 acres near Live Oak Church Road into Crestview. Staff said the parcel is currently developed as a business; annexation fee recorded as $1,200. The board advanced the ordinance.
- Ordinance 20-24: Comprehensive-plan amendment to change future land use from Okaloosa County mixed use to Crestview mixed-use for approximately 1.36 acres at or near 4780 Live Oak Church Road. The board advanced the ordinance.
- Ordinance 20-25: Rezoning of approximately 1.36 acres at 4780 Live Oak Church Road from Okaloosa County mixed-use zoning to the City's mixed-use zoning district. The board advanced the ordinance.
Staff also reported one development order issued for Jones Valley Subdivision to be added to August's report and confirmed there will be no planning board meeting in July because of City Council budget workshops. The board had no additional reports and adjourned the meeting.
