Westshore COG approves minutes, reappointments and a WEB hiring; adjourns

The Westshore Council of Governments completed routine business and approved several motions during its Jan. 14 meeting.
A motion by Mayor Dennis Clough, seconded by Mayor Pamela Bobst, approved the minutes of the Dec. 19, 2025 meeting. The council later voted unanimously to reappoint Mayor Pamela Bobst as the NOACA representative (motion by Mayor Clough, seconded by Mayor George) and unanimously approved filling the vacant WEB agent position after Director Matt Vanyo announced the upcoming retirement of Agent #74, Brad Schultz. The meeting was adjourned after a motion by Mayor Clough, seconded by Mayor Bobst; the meeting closed at 10:17 a.m.
No formal votes or actions were recorded on Land Bank restructuring, the County Unified Zoning Code pilot, or NEOCH’s proposed outreach model; those items were informational or directed toward future presentations and follow-up.
