LCB asks licensees to respond to placement survey after low participation

Kevin said contractors sent surveys to randomly selected licensees in mid‑March to capture the potential economic impacts; "the participation rate has been okay so far, but it could be better," he said.
Member Holmes asked staff to provide links or narrative so advisory council members can help boost participation; Kevin said a gov‑delivery announcement is being prepared and he will make sure advisory council members receive it. Staff said the economic analysis will take a few more months; once complete, they will evaluate whether additional rule amendments are necessary before moving to a CR102 proposal phase.
