Clerk/Treasurer Kari Podliska reported that the office has received complaints of dogs running at large and showing aggression; staff sent a letter about municipal code requirements and the need for dog registration and warned that animal removal is possible if owners do not comply. The clerk asked the board to consider enforcement steps to address recurring incidents.
Podliska also circulated examples of cemetery regulations for the board’s consideration and discussed the possibility of restarting a 'Yard of the Week' program via a Facebook poll to increase community engagement. She stated she will follow up on the status of the GO Water bond and will report back to the board.
