Ashwaubenon public safety promotes Kyle Kabacki to commander

The Village Board recognized the recent promotion of Kyle Kabacki to commander in Ashwaubenon Public Safety; the promotion effective date announced was June 15. The department performed an oath of office and a badge-pinning ceremony, with the promotee’s son assisting with the pin. Board members congratulated the newly promoted commander.

Public-safety staff described Kabacki’s 14-plus years of service to the department and his experience as a field training officer, supervisor, emergency-services instructor and paid-on-call supervisor; staff said his responsibilities will focus on fire operations. The board noted the promotion and offered public congratulations during the meeting.
