Council weighs sports-complex cost vs. reuse of new Crestview Recreation Center

"We decided the most efficient use of our resources would be to try and best utilize the property that we have," City Manager Levins said, describing a phased approach: expand indoor programming at the Crestview Recreation Center, develop fields on city-owned property and continue exploring funding sources such as the tourist development tax for event-related projects.
