Joel summarized the vision and mission for the next five years: "Our vision is to, ensure that Ashwaubenon is a dynamic community of choice leading Northeast Wisconsin through opportunity, connection, and belonging." Trustees praised the inclusive process and moved to approve the plan; the board approved the update unanimously. Staff said the plan’s action items will be presented quarterly and that the plan will be incorporated into the 2027 budget process.
