The supplemental budget also raised the appropriation to cover replacement bleachers at Kaiser Field and included about $15,000 to add asphalt surrounding the baseball fields to improve accessibility and site durability. Miss Lofton said the timing of paving would be coordinated with bleacher removal and replacement to minimize repeated disruptions.
