Henry County committees preview Jan. 22 County Board agenda; several report action items

At the Jan. 15 Executive Committee meeting, members reviewed which standing committees will present to the Henry County Board on Jan. 22. The minutes list Administration, Public Safety, Transportation, Health & Social Services, Finance, and Plan/Development as reporting committees.
Member Jan May said the Health & Social Services Committee has one action item to take to the County Board. Member Jill Darin reported that the Administration Committee has two action items, and Member Rex Kiser reported that the Finance Committee will present three action items. The Public Safety and Transportation committees reported no action items, and the Planning & Development Committee meeting was canceled.
The committee also reviewed the County Administrator27s draft agenda and the December claims as preparatory steps for the board meeting on Jan. 22.
