Henry County Executive Committee approves meeting agenda and December minutes

Chair Marshall Jones called the Henry County Executive Committee to order at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026, in Cambridge. Member Jill Darin moved to approve the meeting agenda; Member Rex Kiser seconded and "all were in favor," the minutes record states. Member Natalie Hendryx then moved to approve the Dec. 15, 2025 minutes; Member Kippy Breeden seconded and the motion carried.
The session contained no public comment. The committee also reviewed December claims and the County Administrator27s draft agenda for the full County Board meeting scheduled for Jan. 22, 2026. Erin Knackstedt, listed as County Administrator, submitted the minutes at the end of the meeting.
The committee recorded that under old business a matter was deferred to the February meeting and that there was no new business at this session. Member Jill Darin moved to adjourn; Member Natalie Hendryx seconded and the committee voted to adjourn.
