Commissioner Sandra Brodeur moved to accept the Regular Meeting Minutes of June 23, 2026; Lou Brodeur seconded and the motion carried 5‑0‑0.
Later in the meeting, Sandra Brodeur moved "to cancel the regular meeting scheduled for August 25, 2026" after noting that Celebrating Ag. had been combined with the 4‑H Fair; Charles Langevin seconded and the motion passed 5‑0‑0. The final recorded motion, to adjourn at 7:35 p.m., was made by Sandra Brodeur, seconded by Charles Langevin, and carried unanimously (5‑0‑0).
