Sandra Brodeur told the commission that the "location inside the Better Living Building has been secured" for the Brooklyn Fair exhibit and that set up will take place Wednesday, August 26 at 6:00 p.m. Vice Chair Charles Langevin agreed to bring three tables and easels; Stanley Karro will bring a large wooden easel. Chair Anne Ennis said she would contact USDA and Cabot to solicit donated handouts.
Commissioners also confirmed that Lou and Sandra Brodeur volunteered their TV for the fair display after the commission noted the group did not receive a new TV in time. The exhibit plans include potential shared space between the Bee City Committee and the Ag Commission and consideration of drone photography and printed pamphlets for outreach.
