The motion to appoint Radley, made by Brian Green and seconded by Gary Armstrong, passed with recorded votes of Greg Perry, yes; Gary Armstrong, yes; Jeff Radley, yes; Brian Green, yes; and Cory Park, yes.
Earlier in the meeting Brian Green moved to seat Greg Perry as board president; that motion was recorded as failing with all five board members voting "no." After the failed motion the board returned to nominations and confirmed Jeff Radley for president, then subsequently seated Greg Perry as vice-president and Brian Green as clerk by unanimous votes.
The leadership changes were recorded in the minutes as formal roll-call votes; the board took no other immediate governance actions tied to the nominations. The newly elected officers will preside over upcoming district business, including the board’s scheduled bond sale process and routine oversight of vendor and personnel matters.
