"Before the board determines completeness, I respectfully ask that Verizon... provide the written site specific documentation on legal access, right of way authority, construction traffic, road capacity, foundation, geotechnical conditions, ledge conditions, possible drilling, rock hammering or blasting, nearby private wells, ground water protection, drainage, and stormwater," the speaker said, asking that verbal assurances be followed by public records. Neighbors also asked the board to consider retaining third‑party experts (hydrologist, appraiser) to review site claims if necessary.
